Why teacher support

Every plan for learning recovery runs through a teacher. Ukrainian teachers have taught through air-raid alerts, blackouts, displacement and grief — often while carrying the same losses as their students. Asking them to also run catch-up learning and support traumatized children, without new tools or support, is not a plan.

This program gives teachers practical, immediately usable methods — not theory — for the specific classroom reality of wartime and post-disruption Ukraine.

How the pathway will work

1. Intensive workshops

   Short, practical sessions built around real classroom scenarios, delivered with qualified Ukrainian trainers.

2. Classroom application

   Teachers apply methods in their own classrooms, with structured self-observation tools.

3. Peer circles and mentorship

   Follow-up months where teachers troubleshoot together, online and offline — because a single workshop changes nothing on its own.

4. Materials that stay

   Every participant keeps a toolkit of lesson materials and diagnostic resources for continued use.
