Serply builds schools and trains teachers in Haiti — giving children a safe place to grow and a future worth believing in.
In Haiti, nearly 500,000 children have no access to formal schooling. Schools are overcrowded, underfunded, and damaged. Teachers enter classrooms without training or materials.
Serply exists to change this — not through temporary fixes, but through lasting infrastructure and human capacity. We work side by side with local communities to build schools that communities own and sustain, and to train educators who keep growing long after our programs end.
Safe, equipped, resilient classrooms designed with the community — not for it.
Comprehensive development giving educators the skills and confidence to transform their classrooms.
Every program is co-designed with local leaders for sustainability and cultural relevance.
From breaking ground on new schools to mentoring educators — our programs address education at every level.
We build fully equipped schools in communities where children have nowhere safe to learn. Our first school is complete and serving students today.
Learn more →48 teachers trained and counting. Our structured program equips educators with modern pedagogy, classroom management, and inclusive teaching skills.
Learn more →Half a million Haitian children of primary age are not enrolled in any educational institution.
Decades of underfunded education have left four in ten Haitian adults unable to read or write.
The earthquake destroyed thousands of schools — many still have not been rebuilt.
Your support — however large or small — helps Serply build more schools, train more teachers, and reach more children across Haiti.
