We are a Ukrainian registered charitable organization on a mission to give every child in Haiti access to quality education, skilled teachers, and a real future.
Serply was founded by a team of professionals united by a single conviction: that access to quality education is not a privilege โ it is a right. After witnessing firsthand the devastating impact that lack of schooling has on children's futures, our founders set out to build an organization that would address this challenge in a lasting, community-driven way.
After extensive research into global education challenges, the team identified Haiti as one of the countries with the most urgent need for educational support. The 2010 earthquake devastated not just buildings, but the very fabric of an already fragile education system.
We registered as a charitable organization in Ukraine and began with two programs: school construction and teacher professional development.
To improve access to quality education for children in underserved communities by building schools, training teachers, and providing essential learning resources โ in partnership with local communities.
A world where every child, regardless of where they are born, has access to a safe learning environment and a qualified teacher. Within the next decade, Serply aims to expand our programs to serve thousands of children across Haiti and other countries facing similar educational challenges.
Every program is co-designed with local leaders. We listen before we build.
Donors and the public have the right to know exactly how every dollar is spent.
Programs informed by research. We measure, learn, and continuously improve.
We build educational ecosystems, not just buildings โ impact that lasts for generations.

Our primary operations are in Haiti, where we run school construction and teacher training programs. Haiti was chosen because of the severity and urgency of its education crisis โ and because we identified strong local partners willing to work alongside us toward lasting change.
As Serply grows, we are evaluating opportunities to bring our education model to countries in Sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia. All international work is carried out in partnership with local organizations and in compliance with the laws of each country where we operate.
